Sounds Like Reflections 4: The Time We Have (+ Sound Bath)

Gently conclude April with us at Sounds Like a Sharing Space, a supportive community by Infinivii where we come together to reflect, share our stories, and connect over themes that matter.

For our fourth event, the theme is "The Time We Have". We’ll reflect together on the personal meaning of time in our lives, its fleeting nature, its significance, and how we can make the most of it.

I’ll guide the discussion, but everyone’s voice is valued, and we encourage open, heartfelt exchanges. Whether it’s a story of self discovery, a challenge in your relationship with yourself, or a lesson learned, this is a space to be heard and supported.

We’ll close the evening with a Sound Bath, where the healing vibrations help us ground, release, and find peace after our reflections.

Hi, Vee here! I'm the facilitator of the Sounds Like Reflections sessions and the founder of Infinivii. A third-culture kid and former police officer, I’m currently a full-time certified sound healing practitioner and coach, specializing in helping individuals navigate people-pleasing behavior and build healthy, authentic relationships with themselves and others.

Through my own struggles with mental health, deep personal reflection and interactions with individuals from all walks of life, I’ve learned how essential it is to heal from within, find our true voice, and create nourishing connections. As such, I'm happy to create this safe space where we can support each other, share our stories, and learn from our collective experiences :)
