Saturday play time for grownups! Can't make it to our weekday Sound Baths? Want to get your weekend off to a relaxing and invigorating start? Here's your chance: A state-of-the-art Saturday Sound Bath Immersive Music Meditation by The Soundwell Boise Project! (Our regular weekday attendees are invited too, of course.)

What is a Soundwell Boise Sound Bath? Skilled ambient musicians weave a tapestry of tranquil music on crystal bowls, gongs, tongue drums and more, to help you relax and release stress and tension and attain a better state of well-being. You sit or lie down and let the peaceful sounds wash around and through you. It is said by many doctors and other practitioners in the wellness field that relaxation may be the key to good health. Our unique combination of supportive music can help you achieve this desirable state.

All Sound Baths are not made alike. Gordon Rosenberg has been learning and playing crystal singing bowls and more for groups throughout the west for 25 years, and has practiced and guided relaxation and energetic healing for more than 4 decades. He relocated to Boise in 2014 with his wife and co-creator, Debby Rosenberg, and they have been offering their own version of Sound Baths in Boise since then. This year they are often joined by Christian Gillette, Kara Gillette and Nancy Haga, adding ambient guitar, native flutes and more to their mix of instruments.

Details: The Butte Room is very large with lots of carpeted floor space and chairs. If you wish to lie down, bring a mat, pillow or whatever you need to be comfortable. We recommend a blanket or wrap for all, as one tends to cool down during this level of relaxation. RSVP here for you and your guests (not appropriate for children). Please arrive on time or a little early so you are settled when we begin. You may attend for free (donations are appreciated).
