Come to a Gong Lovers Saturday at Soundwell Boise Sound Bath Meditations!

Come out to our Saturday Gong Bath series at the Garden City Chamber Room. Our Saturday events are especially for gong lovers! (Our weekly Wednesday events include other instrumentation. Saturdays are mostly for gongs!) As always, this event features our Soundwell Boise regulars Ev Hadden, Debby Rosenberg, and Gordon Rosenberg. Remember, 12 noon start for our Saturday shows only!

Gongs are a powerful supportive tool for meditation and can provide a desired state of 'empty mind'. Gongs provide an auditory experience characterized by overtone harmonics and binaural effects. The unique quality of these sounds bypasses the thinking mind on a physical level, facilitating the release of mental forms. This opens the door to the exploration of deeper states of coherent awareness.

• Doors Open - 11:30 am
• Welcome & Announcements - 12:00 pm
• Doors Closed & Music Begins - 12:15 pm
• Music Ends & Social - 1:15 pm
• Room Vacated - 1:45 pm

FYI:

• Arrive early so you're ready to relax when we start promptly. Our regular attendees are usually settled on time and have asked that latecomers not disturb them. Thank you for accommodating their request.
• If you wish to lie down, bring a mat, pillow, blanket, etc, whatever you need to be comfortable.
• Chairs are provided or you may bring your own folding one. If you tend to fall asleep when lying down, please choose to sit instead.
• Attend often, the more consistently you experience our specialized sounds, the more beneficial they will be for you. Consistent attendees often tell us how well it's working for them.
• We record each event and post within a day at our media archive site where you may listen online or download free for your own use (link will be posted in comments here). Enjoy!
• By donation cash or venmo @Gordon-Rosenberg-3. This event is offered without door charge (you may attend for free), but we accept donations from those who can help. The space is provided to us, but we are not paid for our services. We appreciate your support!

Background: Gordon Rosenberg, Soundwell Boise co-founder (with Debby Rosenberg), has been guiding Sound Baths and additional wellness programs in the western states for nearly four decades and relocated to Boise in 2014. He began playing crystal singing bowls for individual clients and meditation groups in 1999, and has been joined by additional talented players in recent years.
