Join us for a weekly silent walking meditation practice, Mondays 9-10am rain or shine. Here we shift our focus from the outer world tugging at our attention to our innate connection with Source Light.

The plan:
9:00-9:15
Meet at picnic pavilion, sign in, brief intro, set intentions, short guided meditation
9:15-9:45
We disperse throughout the park, walking, sitting, moving, in silence however we feel called. Connecting with Source Light; breathing in Source Light and following our inspirations on how and where to move or sit
9:45-10:00
Closing gratitude circle
