I understand what it means to not fit in as a young Asian female in the Digital Workplace and enjoy lending my voice to guide others to gain the confidence to do so.

Semen Cirit Arslan works as a Senior Product Owner at Metro.digital Berlin, where she has been instrumental in helping teams scale agile, combat Agile Antipatterns, and enhance metrics for successful product development.

She has been actively engaged with Open Source, Agile, and Lean practices since 2009.
