Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT for Breakthroughs 5:15-6:15 every Monday.
We follow this by a gratitude gathering, same room, same Zoom, which runs from 6:15-7:15pm. And now we are following with another group called Sacred Knowing 7:15 til we end.
Drop in anytime from 5-7:15pm. When you appear, you'll be gracefully integrated into the group session!

This group usually has 5-10 people already attending that have not signed up through meetup.

No experience is necessary. It is a wonderful way to learn and practice EFT and other somatic, stress and trauma releasing, energy psychology skills and to be able to take home this skillset and use whenever you need to release stress and trauma and make profound changes to your habits. Both gradual and instantaneous breakthroughs from tapping will occur over time. A feeling of connection happens too. Coming together and sharing our deepest concerns and tapping alongside one another seems to produce many miraculous results. One of the largest is simply realizing how universal our feelings are. A phenomena of this group is that we often share themes and hear ourselves in others sharing.

Hosted and guided by Charey K Fox, Charey has held an EFT drop-in group since 2015 and has done many trainings in Emotional Freedom Technique since 2005, including John Freedom's Advanced Level 3 EFT training in December of 2015, Most recently she has been training in Embody Yoga School which is trauma informed and is adding to her style of practice. This gratitude group practices in person and on zoom every Monday, creating a field of miracles and good feelings. Lately we have been using the book Make Miracles in Forty Days by Melody Beattie, a radical gratitude practice.
Sometimes we play games. Sometimes we make up our own exercises and meditations. The participants are welcome to bring to the group new ideas and practices. Often the meditations and conversations are ground breaking. Whatever we do, we cook in thankfulness, presence and appreciation, even with the challenges we have in our lives.

If you'd like to arrive earlier for the EFT group that uses trauma and stress relieving somatic exercises please feel free to come in anytime. Details:
All through the year, including off-seasons we meet nearly every week to chat and work and learn together in The SourceForest. The SourceForest is a permaculture project and community garden. Eric Garretson, life long multi-generational farmer, gardener, landscaper and foodscaper shares knowledge and adds direction to our community garden project. Eric ran the Growers Market downtown for several years then moved to work as a landscaper at Ghost Ranch as well as other places and has worked and advised many really cool projects for over 25 years. The SourceForest has been a free community garden project for many years and we welcome donation both in plants and seeds, other organic and mindful growing supplies, labor, tools, straw bales, and money, etc.

Located 1111 Carlisle Blvd SE Albuquerque, NM 87106 past the Michael Thomas coffee shop patio, deeper into the courtyard by the pond.
