Spirituality, a 3-part Conversation: Where to Start & Practice vs Connection

Details

All are welcome – join us as we gently unravel limitation and explore the potential for sacredness in everyday life!

Do you find yourself harboring a quiet longing for a spiritual connection; a sense, whether or not you have spiritual practices, that there is a feeling that something is missing? You’re not an outlier! The experience of ‘spiritual orphaning,’ — that deep sense of separation from something rooted in ancestral history, the aliveness of the present and the often-confusing landscape of the spiritual marketplace — is a shared loneliness.

It can be overwhelming trying to discern where to look, and who to trust, regardless of your heritage. Let’s start with learning how to listen to yourself; once you repair trust within yourself you will find you already know the wheat from the chaff.

This conversation will take place over the course of 3 weekends, each session building on the last. If you can't make them all, no worries, come as you are. This will be a space for curiosity blending open, respectful conversation with supportive coaching. We’ll explore the experience of formal practices and subjective connection – understanding what truly resonates with your unique experience. You will receive practical tools and perspectives to help you navigate this journey, recognizing that the most powerful connection begins with recognizing your gifts. While your host, Tyler, will be facilitating this group and offering the insights from his own journey, he is also here to learn in humble presence.

Your host: Tyler is a Neurosomatic Intelligence certified practitioner as well as an Inner Child and Parts Work coach. His journey with practical spirituality began in 2007 listening to Siddha Yoga teachings and is still constantly growing. It has since evolved into a relational and animistic worldview informed by ancestral re-connection, plant medicine, indigenous wisdom, trauma research, somatic practice, and lived lessons. He is a student of students, always seeking the wisdom hiding in plain sight.
