Sunday Yoga Church / Summer Series with Emi Love & Family

Join us for a Community Yoga Practice 10:30-11:30 beginner level, all welcome, please bring a mat if you have one. Children may practice accompanied by an adult. Stay or arrive for Hanuman Chalisa, Group Chanting & Chai served starting at Noon. We will chant for about 45 mins to allow satsang to fellowship and potluck after chanting is complete. Please bring a healthy snack to share. Yoga Church will be hosted in Studio B @ The Source just west of the coffee shop & deck.
