Men’s Base Camp

As men, we all encounter similar obstacles in life. Whether it's finical, relationships, family, self expression, or alignment. it can feel like a mountain of responsibility. How nice nice would it be to be surrounded by a community that is climbing the mountain, together. There may be different routes, but its nice to enjoy the view together. Here at the Albuquerque Men's Base Camp, we do that. It is a confidential and substance free space rooted in our shared values. Do good, feel good, look good, and seek truth.

We use a structure where every session is unique. We begin the class with breath work to drop into the space. Next, we all check in with each other about what's been present lately and (1-10 how open we are to talk about it). We dive into the most pressing topic among the group and work our way around. Observing is okay too. We encourage each other to use “I” statements to own our experience and avoid giving advice unless requested.
