You are warmly invited to join me for an evening of Sacred Breath Alignment — a gentle yet powerful journey into coherence, connection, and inner peace.

This is Sacred Breath Alignment — the Blueprint of Becoming.
In this practice, we breathe not to control, but to remember.
Through slow, rhythmic breathing guided by awareness of the heart, we harmonize the nervous system, calm the mind, and awaken the subtle intelligence of the body. When the heart and brain move in coherence, the body begins to heal itself — bringing ease where there was dis-ease, and wholeness where there was fragmentation.
This sacred container is open to all who wish to:

### Session Flow (Approx. 34 minutes total)

• How to Breathe (10 minutes)
We begin with simple, accessible breathing guidance designed especially for beginners. Participants are gently taught how to breathe in a way that supports calm, clarity, and nervous system regulation—without force or complexity.
• Opening Invitation & Orientation (5 minutes)
A brief welcome that sets the tone for the session, explains the intention of the practice, and creates a safe, inclusive container. Participants are invited to soften into the moment and let go of expectations.
• Guided Heart & Brain Coherence Meditation (15 minutes)
A guided meditation focused on synchronizing breath, heart awareness, and mental focus. This practice supports emotional regulation, mental clarity, and a sense of inner balance through rhythm and attention.
• Closing Integration (4 minutes)

The session concludes with gentle grounding and reflection, helping participants integrate the experience and carry its effects into daily life through simple awareness and breath.
