This group is for anyone who wants to learn the art of sourdough baking in a relaxed, friendly, hands-on environment. Whether you’ve never baked a loaf before or you’ve already started your sourdough journey, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to create delicious artisan bread from scratch.

My workshops guide you through the entire sourdough process—from understanding and maintaining a healthy starter to mixing, fermenting, shaping, scoring, and baking beautiful loaves in your own home oven. You’ll also learn how to troubleshoot common problems so you understand why each step matters, not just how to follow a recipe.

Every workshop includes

• Your own 123-year-old sourdough starter to continue baking at home

• A freshly baked artisan sourdough loaf to take home

• A prepared loaf of dough that you’ll bake in your own oven the following day

• Recipes, detailed instructions, and plenty of practical tips so you can continue baking with confidence

Classes are intentionally kept small so everyone receives individual attention and has plenty of opportunities to ask questions and gain hands-on experience.

As this community grows, we’ll also explore other artisan breads, focaccia, pizza dough, and selected Persian baked specialties, along with seasonal baking workshops.

Whether you’re baking for your family, looking for a new hobby, or simply love the smell of fresh bread, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
