South Asian Socials is a warm, welcoming community for South Asians (and friends!) across the Greater Toronto Area—Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, and beyond. If you’ve been looking for fun, face-to-face ways to meet new people, you’re in the right place.

What we do

Social Mixers & Parties: Low-pressure evenings designed for conversations, games, and good vibes.

Singles Nights & Speed Dating: Structured rounds + icebreakers + optional digital match forms.

Activity Socials: Chai-Samosa hangouts, social runs/walks, themed nights, and seasonal events.

Professional & Creator Mixers: Network with founders, tech folks, artists, and influencers.

Ages 21+ (some events may specify age ranges for balance)

Our vibe

Friendly, inclusive, and intentional. We curate icebreakers so it’s easy to start conversations. Many events are alcohol-optional, and we also host sober-friendly gatherings—come as you are.

How events work

RSVP early: Many events have limited spots to keep things intimate.

Gender balance: Some singles events aim for balanced ratios—waitlists often move quickly.

Step aboard for a one-of-a-kind summer experience designed for South Asian singles looking to meet new people in a fun, elevated, and relaxed setting. This is your chance to mingle, connect, and enjoy a beautiful afternoon on the water with the Toronto skyline as your backdrop.

### Wristbands by Age Group

To make it easier to meet people within your preferred age range, different wristband colors will be provided for each age group. This helps you connect more naturally with people who are in a similar stage of life — without needing to ask right away.
Age group wristbands:
- 30 and below
- 30–40
- 40+
### Dress Code: All White

We kindly ask all guests to wear all white for this event. Think polished, elegant, and summer chic. This helps create a beautiful atmosphere on board and adds to the elevated experience of the afternoon.

Date: Sunday, July 12
Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Boarding Starts: 1:00 PM
Yacht Departs: 1:30 PM
Returns: 4:30 PM
Event Ends: 5:00 PM
Please arrive by 12:30 PM to allow enough time for check-in and boarding.
