Did you ever say to yourself: "Yeah, I'd like to go to Yosemite if only it wasn’t such a long drive, didn’t cost so much, didn’t have to make reservations way in advance, and there were no bears breaking into my snacks?" Well then how about a hike to Little Yosemite in Sunol Wilderness where you cannot use any of those excuses not to go?, Indian Joe Creek trail, Cave Rocks trail, Cerro Este Rd and Camp Ohlone Rd, and McCorkle Trail form an approx., 7 mile, 1650' elevation gain loop hike with great views at the top.
If you like cows, you might make a new friend or two to hang out and chew the cud with. And while its not exactly a replica of Yosemite Falls, Little Yosemite is a pretty sight. The trail is mostly unshaded so remember to bring that sunscreen, hat, or sunbrella for sun protection.

ATTENDANCE: If you are signed up for a hike, or on the waitlist, please remove yourself to the "not going " list as soon as you become unsure about attending, so another wait lister can have adequate notice that they are going. Also, it is not okay to just show up to a hike you are not listed as "going" to.
