Details

NOTE: this hike starts from the trailhead on San Vicente Rd near Fortini Rd. A loop trail of 7.1 mile 1227' elevation gain. Almost entirely unshaded so you can restore your Vitamin D count. Some nice views from the higher elevations. There are no restrooms at the parking lot, but there are some at the trail midpoint.
Directions: From San Jose take Mc Kean Rd. South to Fortini Rd. and turn left onto Fortini. go about a quarter mile and turn left on San Vincente Ave. The parking lot will then be on your right. There is additional street parking farther down on the side of San Vicente.

ATTENDANCE: If you are signed up for a hike, or on the waitlist, please remove yourself to the "not going " list as soon as you become unsure about attending, so another waitlister can have adequate notice that they are going. Also, it is not okay to just show up to a hike you are not listed as "going" to. Hikers who violate these policies will have that information noted on their permanent record, and their parents may be notified.
