Point Lobos & Lala's
Details
Let's trek down to Point Lobos and see whether the wildflowers are putting on a grand display this year. Beautiful ocean views, plentiful wildlife, and multiple restrooms! What's not to love?! This version of the Point Lobos Loop trail is a 7.5 mile loop with tendrils and 568 ft of elevation gain. Park on Route 1 just outside of the entrance to Point Lobos and walk just inside to the ranger kiosk where the trail descriptions are. Since all of the lots are fairly small, this is the most convenient choice for us all to meet up.
This is my version of a stock hike from Alltrails: route
Its a fairly long drive for most of us, so why not carpool:

The IOPQ will be : What is your favorite smell?
