Evening Yoga on the Beach

Hello South Bay! Come enjoy yoga at this beautiful ocean view location, south Redondo Beach. Ave E lifeguard tower. This class is donation based class. (Suggested donation $7-$20) Your donation is graciously appreciated.
We will work on improving our flexibility and muscular strength.
New to yoga? Experienced yogi? That is great. I share modification poses for students at all levels. - All are welcome! No restrictions of age and gender. (under the age of 18 attending the event must be accompanied by an adult.)
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.
