Vegans, vegetarians, people looking for better health and longer, disease-free life should join our meetup group. We meet every Tuesday night for supper, a book review and a focus on spirituality. We meet every 3rd Saturday afternoon of the month from January to September for a movie/lecture series, a plant-based cooking demonstration and food tasting at South Bay Adventist Church, 401 S.
