### South Bay Psychedelic Experience Integration Workshop (Free) – In the Park
Have you recently had a psychedelic experience? Or are you still carrying insights that feel unfinished, unspoken, or hard to hold alone? Or maybe you simply want to understand why there’s so much talk about integration?
This sacred, community-based workshop is for those who want to make sense of their journey - not just intellectually, but with greater clarity, confidence, and trust in themselves.
Through grounding rituals, guided reflection, and gentle connection with others on the path, this workshop invites you to:
- Feel safe to slow down and get grounded
- Explore what your experience is asking of you
- Sharing the framework using real-life examples of how to integrate
- Discover small, meaningful steps to root insight into daily life
We also offer space for informed reflection on both the potential benefits and risks of psychedelic experiences, so that integration is not only expansive but also safe and grounded. By gathering as a community, we support one another in reducing harm and cultivating safety, especially in a world where these journeys are often misunderstood or rushed.
