Breathe & Begin – Outdoor Beginner Yoga and Vegan potluck

Join us for a gentle, grounding beginner-friendly yoga session at beautiful Hesse Park. This one-hour class is perfect for reconnecting with your breath, easing tension, and starting (or restarting) a simple yoga practice in a supportive space. No prior experience is needed.
Optional Sharing Circle / Journaling
After yoga, you’re welcome to stay for a short reflective circle or a journaling prompt. And you’re welcome to join a small plant-based potluck.
Bring any simple vegan dish, snack, or fruit to share — homemade or store-bought.
This is just a fun, warm way to build community and enjoy nourishing food together.
No pressure — you’re welcome to stay even if you don’t bring anything. aCompletely optional — a soft moment to unwind and connect.
This event is free, but if you feel called, you’re welcome to make a small donation.
All contributions will go directly to local animal shelters supporting rescue, medical care, and adoption efforts.
