Join us on Wed., Oct. 29th for a festive wine dinner where we'll share great holiday food & wine pairing insight. We'll savor delicious and creative dishes by Executive Chef Christine Brown and team that are holiday-themed. Sommelier Peggy Dean will pair them perfectly with a lovely selection of wines with generous pours. (The wines are secret selections to aid in the education.)

ABOUT: Pacific Standard Prime serves organic & sustainable food from local farmer's markets. The beef is of the highest quality available: grass- and barley-fed and ethically raised in pastures. The PSP wine list is curated with selections from small, family-owned producers who stress organic and biodynamic farming and production. Wines on the PSP list are not available in stores. The bar and dining room are elegant and relaxing and the service is friendly and warm.
