This is the first of many, and for our launch session the venue has agreed to let us trial it completely FREE.
No pressure.
No intimidating fitness culture.
Just good people, good energy, and a positive way to start the weekend.
South East Social Bootcamp is a relaxed and welcoming social fitness session designed for everyday people looking to move their body, meet new people, and enjoy a fun outdoor group atmosphere.
Whether you’re already active, just getting started, returning to fitness, or simply looking for a social and motivating environment — this session is for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Fun beginner-friendly group exercises
• Light cardio and movement-based activities
• Team-style challenges and social interaction
