About us
The South Florida Orchid Society was founded in 1945 to promote the education, cultivation, improvement, and conservation of orchids. We meet monthly at Pinecrest Gardens where experts, collectors, and commercial growers share their knowledge about this amazing plants. You don’t need to have experience with orchids to attend this group.
In our monthly meetings we organize raffles and silent auctions, reason why we go back home with a new orchid most of the times.
