A contemporary sound bath experience that helps to reduce anxiety, stress, regulate emotions, and rejuvenate the body.
Sessions include crystal bowls, rain sticks, buffalo drums, chimes, and other healing instruments that create a variety of unique sounds and vibrations.
Suggested items for a sound baths are a yoga mat, pillow/ blanket for comfort, water, and wearing comfy clothing to help deepen relaxation.
No experience is necessary to participate, simply bring yourself and an open mind.
