New Moon Sound Bath

Join us for an Immersive New Moon Sound Bath Thursday, 08/21 @ 7:30pm.

Let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other sound-healing instruments guide you into a state of deep relaxation during this new moon phase.

Suggested items to bring are a pillow & blanket for comfort, water, and wearing comfy clothing to help deepen relaxation.

No experience is necessary to participate, simply bring yourself and an open mind :)
