Join us Saturday, May 31st @ 7:00PM for a full-body wellness reset! We’re closing out Mental Health Awareness month with a movement and mindfulness event that will help you feel rejuvenated and balanced.
What You Can Expect:
Breathwork and Guided Meditation- Facilitator will guide individuals to cultivate mindfulness and to also focus on their breath.
Restorative Yoga– Instructor will lead a gentle/ passive flow that emphasizes calmness, ease, and stretching.
Sound Bath– Facilitator will play crystal bowls, rain sticks, and other various instruments that will guide participants into deep relaxation.

- Reduce stress and anxiety naturally
- Improve sleep and mental clarity
- Experience deep relaxation and balance

When to Arrive
Arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in. Doors close at 7:00 PM.
