Let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, rainsticks, and other sound-healing instruments guide you into a state of deep relaxation during this new moon phase.
Includes complementary plant infused tea courtesy of Dr. Damas Wellness and lavender essential oil.
Suggested items to bring are a yoga mat, pillow & blanket for comfort, water, and wearing comfy clothing to help deepen relaxation.
No experience is necessary to participate, simply bring yourself and an open mind :)
