Embodying Authenticity in a Noisy World with Oliver Phoenix
Details
About The Session:
We spend so much time plugged in, scrolling, responding, curating, that it’s easy to forget how to actually be present with ourselves off-screen. In this session, we’ll slow down and listen in through gentle movement, breath, and somatic curiosity. Together, we’ll explore what it’s like to move from performing presence to inhabiting it—finding the aliveness, nuance, and quiet power that’s been waiting underneath all the noise and without constant inputs. This isn’t about doing more or “showing up” better online. It’s about remembering who you are when everything else quiets down, and letting that version take the lead in your life.
