- 10:15 - 10:30 | Mini Wellness Workshop
- 10:30 - 11:15 | Solo Time (read, journal, or just relax)
- 11:15 - 11:45 | Social Time (chat, share ideas, or play games)
- 11:45 - 12:00 | Wrap-Up
Mini Wellness Workshop: Each week, we share and practice a simple, actionable skill from our mental wellness curriculum. You walk away feeling more grounded, focused, and in control.
Solo Time: Catch up on inner work or read a book, sketch, or anything else you enjoy doing solo. This is your moment to rest and recharge your mind without interruptions.
Social Time: When you’re ready, connect with others. Chat about what you’re working through, play games, or simply enjoy good company. Prefer to stay in your own world? That’s totally fine too.
What You Get: Tools to help you build your mental wellness and emotional fitness. A space to catch up on your me time and make new friends.
