Our daily routines, we often lose sight of our Divine connection. Getting wrapped up in work, family obligations, societal norms, and more can push us to the brink and our brains may no longer mindfully respond or react. We find ourselves stressed, anxious, turning to unhealthy outlets, and having trouble sleeping.
Sound healing can restore clarity, allowing us to journey deep within our subconscious and expand our heart center. Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, rattles, rain stick, chimes, and crystal singing pyramid work on a vibrational level to help remove disharmony and tension while raising your energetic vibration and promoting deep relaxation, alignment, and healing.
The sound journey will last approximately 60 minutes and we’ll close the evening with optional group discussion to have your experience validated by others.
Please dress comfortably and refrain from consuming caffeine, alcohol or heavy meals prior to the event. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, and eye covering to make yourself comfortable and immerse in the vibration (chairs will also be available on site). A journal is recommended to record your experiences while they are fresh in your mind. You are welcome to bring any metaphysical items to have cleared and charged.
