Investing in Section 8 Housing can be a smart strategy for landlords looking for stable rental income and long-term tenants. However, it comes with its own set of challenges. Come to this meeting to hear the pros, cons, and how to get started as a Section 8 landlord.

Mike Bonadies - Co-Owner, CEO, TerraVestra Property Management
Mike is a landlord and property manager. He currently owns 50 rental units in Camden, Gloucester, Cape May and Cumberland counties. He Co-Owns a property management company, TerraVestra Property Management, that specializes in managing rental properties specifically in the South Jersey area and Side By Side MRO which specializes in lead paint inspections and remediation work as well as investor grade . Mike is also a farmer and owns a livestock farm in Vineland.

In 2009, Ron authored the wildly successful ‘Killer Profits Wholesaling Real Estate’, an e-book that tells it like it is in a down to earth format. His book provides step-by-step instructions to successfully wholesaling real estate in an ever-changing real estate market.
Ron is also engaged in creating several artificial intelligence projects that he will bring to market soon.
