Thursday morning Moclips group walk

Come out and walk with us! Please arrive early to register as the walk starts promptly at 10 am. Well-behaved, leashed pets welcome with owner clean up. Washington Parks Discover Pass required for vehicle parking.

Enjoy walking on the windswept beach along the Pacific Ocean. Notice seabirds and interesting driftwood, while searching for agates, seashells, and fossils. The walk is 10K (6.2 miles) or choose the 5K (3.1 miles) option. The 5K route is entirely along the Moclips beach, while the 10K version goes through the historic resort of Pacific Beach and the state park.

This walk is hosted by the Capitol Volkssport Club. Everyone is welcome, but everyone must sign the waiver to participate. The club has costs of putting on these walks, so we will charge $3 per participant. Cash only. Club members do not usually sign up using Meetup, but you can expect about five to 10 club members on a Thursday walk.
