Thursday morning group walk in Aberdeen

Come walk with us! View murals and quirky artwork. Moderate stair and hill climbs. Perhaps get a glimpse of Mt. Rainier on a clear day. Please arrive early to allow time to register. Everyone is welcome, but everyone must sign the waiver to participate. Well-behaved, leashed dogs allowed with owner cleanup.

Walk a mix of sidewalks and gravel/dirt paths. Some significant hills. The walk routes are 10K (6.2 mile) or 5K (3.1 mile). There is also a 7K (4.3 mile) that is mostly flat and on hard surfaces.

This walk is hosted by the Capitol Volkssport Club. Club members do not usually sign up using Meetup, but you can expect between five and 10 club members on a Thursday walk. The club has costs to put on these walks, so we appreciate donations to help cover those costs.
