Thursday morning group walk through three Tumwater parks

Come walk with us through Brewery Park, Watershed Park, Trillium Park, and the neighborhoods in between. Please arrive early as the walk starts promptly at 10 am. This is an 11K (6.8 mile) course with about half the route on sidewalks and the rest on gravel/dirt trails. There are several steep hills. There are also shorter distance options: 6K (3.7 mile) that is mostly on paved surfaces but on packed dirt trails around the falls. The 8K (5.0 mile) option still goes on dirt paths and has the hills. Wheelchairs will have difficulty. Well-behaved, leashed dogs welcome with owner clean up.

This walk is hosted by the Capitol Volkssport Club. Everyone is welcome, but everyone must sign the waiver to participate. The club has costs to put on these walks, so we appreciate donations to help cover our costs. Club members typically don't sign up using Meetup, but you can expect between five and 10 club members at a Thursday walk.
