Olympia Woodard Bay Trail Walk --5K & 10K
Details
We'll walk the paved Chehalis Western Trail through farmlands and forests, with a seasonal additional 2K option if you wish into wooded overlook area. Also there is an additional 5K option on a bark trail with steps and boardwalk through the woods and paved trail to Chapman Bay overlook on return. Look for great blue herons, eagles, and harbor seals. This is volkssport YRE 1009, rated 1A.
No dogs allowed on 2K or 5K option trails not connected to the Chehalis Western Trail. Strollers and Pets - 10K only.
Everyone is welcome but everyone must sign the waiver to participate. IVV participants will pay $3.00 and we suggest a donation of $3.00 for other participants. Donations help the club with the costs of putting on these walks.

From I-5 Northbound: Take Exit 107. RIGHT on Pacific. Get in LEFT lane and turn LEFT at 2nd light onto Lilly Rd. Drive 2.8 miles. Turn LEFT onto South Bay. South Bay Market is on the RIGHT at the corner of South Bay and Shincke. From I-5 Southbound: Take Exit 109. RIGHT on Martin Way for 1.2 miles. RIGHT on Lilly Rd. For 2.5 miles. Turn LEFT onto South Bay. South Bay Market is on RIGHT at corner of South Bay and Shincke. The Walk box is at the far end of the service counter.
