Thursday morning group walk around eastside Olympia

Come walk with us! Arrive early to register, as the walk starts promptly at 10 am. If parking in the Bayview Thriftway parking lot, be sure to ask for a parking pass to display on your vehicle.

Walk through neighborhoods and city parks in northeast Olympia. This is a 10K (6.2 mile) walk with 6K (3.1 mile) and 8K (5 miles) options. Route is mostly on paved paths but some dirt/bark trails with some hills (rated 2B).

This walk is hosted by the Capitol Volkssport Club. Everyone is welcome, but everyone must sign the waiver to participate. Club members do not usually sign up using Meetup, but you can expect between five and 10 club members on a Thursday walk. The club has costs to put on these walks, so we ask for a donation to help offset those costs.
