Sequim – John Wayne Marina Walk

Please join the Olympic Peninsula Explorers this Saturday, February 21st for our Sequim - John Wayne Marina walk.
We will start at the Sequim QFC, 990 E. Washington St., Sequim, WA 98382 to register for the walk at 8:45am and then drive to the remote start location at the parking area at 44 Keeler Rd (2.5 miles from the QFC). Or you can register via the Online Start Box (OSB) and meet us at 9:15 am at the parking area.
Walk along country roads and Olympic Discovery Trail and enjoy mountain views, fountains, farmlands, and a trestle bridge. Visit the John Wayne Marina and enjoy the water views.
Pets: Yes; Strollers: Difficult; Wheelchairs: Difficult.
The walks are 5K and 11K (3.1 miles/6.8 miles) and are rated 2B (Some moderate hills and stair climbing, a significant part of the route is on well-groomed trails with very little obstacles).
$4.00 for credit. Donations gratefully accepted.
