Tuesday evening walk around downtown Olympia: Capitol Lake & Capitol Campus

Come walk with us along Capitol Lake, through the capitol campus, downtown Olympia, Farmer's Market (may be closed), and Percival Landing Park. This is a 10K (6.2 mile) walk, mostly on pavement with some elevation changes (it goes up the switchback gravel path to the capitol campus). A shorter 6K (3.7 mile) option is available. Well-behaved, leashed dogs welcome with owner clean up.

Please arrive early to allow time to register as the walk leaves promptly at 6 pm. Get a parking pass for Bayview parking lot in registration binder. This walk is hosted by the Capitol Volkssport Club. Everyone is welcome, but everyone must sign the waiver to participate. The club does have costs and we appreciate donations to help offset those costs. Club members do not usually sign up using Meetup, but you can expect at least five club members on a Tuesday walk.
