A Mindful Walk in Nature - The Coast

Join us for a relaxed coastal walk where we'll slow down, enjoy the beauty of the South Wales coast and take time to reconnect with nature, ourselves and each other.
This is not a hiking challenge or a meditation class. Its an oppurtunity to spend time outdoors with like minded people, enjoy good conversation and maybe experience some simple mindfulness practices along the way.
During the walk we may pause occasionally for brief guided moments of awareness, inviting us to notice sights, sounds and sensations of the natural world. There will be plenty of time for conversation, quiet reflection and simply enjoying the action of walking in nature.
Whether you are completely new to mindfulness or have a regular practice, you are very welcome.
What to expect -

A 6-8km walk along the South Wales Coast Path from Rest Bay to Sker beach.
Meeting in Rest Bay Car Park, Porthcawl, near Bridgend
