And somewhere in all of that… you might have forgotten what it feels like to truly pause.
Wild Light is an invitation to take a breath.
To come back to your body.
To move gently. To rest deeply.
To be outside, with the earth under your feet, and a soft kind of spaciousness in your heart.
Held on the summer solstice and World Yoga Day, this full-day retreat is all about slowing down and tending to your own wellbeing – with movement, stillness, and time in nature.
Whether you’re feeling burnt out, a bit disconnected, or just longing for a day to yourself, this is for you.
### 💛 What the day includes:
🧘♀️ A 90-minute solstice-inspired yoga session to move, stretch, and soften
🍃 A mindful nature walk with sensory awareness and embodiment practices
🥗 A shared pot luck picnic lunch in a beautiful, secluded spot
🧘♂️ A guided meditation in nature to calm the nervous system and reconnect
💧 An optional cold water dip (for those who want a wild refresh!)
☕ Time for tea, snacks, and gentle connection with others
✨ A closing circle to integrate the day and carry its light forward
This day is gentle and inclusive – suitable for all levels of yoga experience, and especially for those who feel like they’ve been running on empty. It’s a day to reclaim your energy. To feel more like you again.
You don’t need to do anything fancy or be anyone else – just come as you are.
Please bring:
- A yoga mat (I can loan you one if you don't have one)
- Layers or blanket for comfort
- A vegan dish for our shared lunch
- Swimwear/towel if you fancy a dip
- Reusable water bottle, snacks, and an open heart
