We have some conditions to help make the group a friendly safe place.

1. Your profile must have a picture along name which includes your first name and a least the first letter of your last name so that we greet you at events.

2. Any behaviour that causes any member to feel unsafe or uncomfortable at an event must be sent by typed message to the organiser or host, immediately if possible or within 24 hours of the occurrence so that organiser or host consider any action required to stop a repeat of the situation.
