Whether you are new to Southampton or have lived here all your life, welcome to the Southampton Social Butterflies group. We are a friendly and welcoming group and host a variety of different types of events.

🛡️ Group Safety & Profile Updates
To ensure our community remains a safe, welcoming, and positive space for everyone, we have updated our entry and safety policies:

• Profile Verification: All new and existing members must use a recognizable first name and a clear, genuine profile photo of themselves.
• Vetting Process: New membership requests now require answering our profile questions. Incomplete or blank requests will be automatically declined.
• Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Our group has a strict zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or malicious behavior. Any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of our members—whether inside group events or carried over into external platforms—will result in an immediate, permanent ban without warning.
