One lane available for running laps,
One lane available for beginner/snorkeling training.
Divers of all levels welcome to participate.
15$/Diver - for the cost of the pool and lifeguard.

Doors open @ 6:00pm
Warm up/Surface swim: 6:30pm - 6:45pm
Dynamic apnea (no fins): 6:45pm - 7:30pm
Dynamic apnea (bi-fins): 7:30pm - 8:00pm
