Also known as visualization or guided meditation, this class is all about guided meditation as a means to manage your stress and manage your mind a little easier. This relaxation technique involves lying still in a resting position as the instructor talks you through some type of visualization that typically involves a positive, peaceful setting (think beaches, peaceful meadows, dense mountains, kind words).
Bring your mat (or rent or buy one at the studio), and grab a falsa blanket or two, a couple of blocks, or a bolster, lay back and relax while your mind drifts away.
