Each month on the 4th Thursday there is a vegetarian and vegan potluck at the Winhall Community Arts Center (3 River Rd. Winhall, VT). This description is from their event page (yes, it says "Monday" repeatedly, but that's just a reference to the worldwide movement; this event does indeed happen on a Thursday):
