A guided meditation will lead you into a Reiki Infused Sound Bath of Tibetan and Frosted Singing Crystal Bowls that will lead you into a Healing Meditation experience. Sounds will be played throughout the experience while you bliss out and float away.

Sound healing is a form of energy medicine, a vibrational therapy, in which sound is used to create balance and alignment in our physical body, chakras and energy fields.

Sound healing uses the power of sound to promote healing and well-being. The harmonic vibrations produced by ancient instruments deeply penetrate the receiver, inducing a deep meditative and peaceful state.

As human beings, we are comprised mainly of liquid; these vibrations deeply penetrate our bodies, moving through our tissues and organs. The sound resonates directly into our cellular memory releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace and relaxation. This is not just an auditory experience - it’s like receiving a full body sound massage!

Most people fall into a state of deep relaxation. It’s a pathway to meditation, without knowing how to meditate.
