There is a maximum of 16 people allowed. So if you rsvp, and something comes up please change your rsvp to “no” to allow members on the waitlist the opportunity to go. Thank you. There is no host per se so a few members may want to bring a deck of cards, paper and pencil.

Let’s enjoy some setback and good food. Needless to say, it would be appreciated if everyone could order a food item or drink (or both).

1. Once a card is discarded, it cannot be replaced for another card ( exception would be if a player mistakenly didn’t follow with the right suit)
2. Please be extra nice to newcomers
3. For new players, please review YouTube tutorials on Pitch/Setback or download the pitch/setback app on your phone/tablet etc.
4. Rules of house hands 2-9 vs 3-9, bidding to go out, etc may be decided by majority rule for each group playing

Music on the Green Music on the Green 2026 Southington's annual "Music on the Green" outdoor concert series will take place on Wednesdays, May 27-September 2, 2026 from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Southington Town Green (Route 10/Main St.). Admission is free. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating and enjoy the show! In the event of inclement weather, concerts may be postponed to Thursday evening. A postponement or cancellation, if necessary, will be announced by 2:00 pm on the day of the concert. Music on the Green Info Line (Weather Updates): 860-276-6219, Option #3 Free parking is available in the municipal lots located behind the Town Hall (lower and upper lot entrances on Berlin Ave.), on Riccio Way (entrance on Main St. at traffic light by People's United Bank), and off of Center Street. Please do not park in private driveways and/or lots owned by local businesses. .No Dogs Classic Car Show A classic car show will also be held during each concert week, weather-permitting, in the parking lot behind the stage. There is no fee or registration process for those wishing to display their vehicle; however, spaces are limited and vehicles will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who wish to participate may arrive no earlier than 5:00 PM. Please access the lot via the entrance on Columbus Avenue (located behind 98 Main Street). Summer Concert Series, All show's starts at 7pm. ( Rain Date: Thursday ) Weekly Car Shows, bring your lawn chairs, something to eat or,drink or bring your dancing shoes and just sit back and relax and enjoy the music. Pralines always has excellent ice cream available. You will find me sitting to the right of the gazebo or even the right of the stage. There are some food trucks. you can always find parking to the left of the white Congregational Church.
