Great trip for beginners or anyone that needs to rent a kayak! We'll launch from Paddling Paradise, 4220 Dixie Hwy NE, Palm Bay. You can rent a kayak there, but please call ahead to reserve a craft. It's an easy launch area, so we should be in the water by 9:35. We'll travel up Turkey Creek through the Sanctuary to the dam and back. There may be some manatees, dolphins, turtles, and possibly alligators along the way! It's a nice slow paddle, generally smooth waters, but maybe some downed timber to navigate.
