Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is derived from the ancient tantric practice and is a unique combination of modern science and ancient yoga teachings. It is a guided mindfulness-based practice that focuses on body sensing, breathing techniques, emotional relaxation and guided consciousness meditation. Backed by science and research, the practice has been proven to assist with deep rest, stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain management and PTSD. Yoga Nidra can be a loving and supportive practice to living your best life. Life can be hard at times, sometimes really hard and we could all use a little support, self-care/love and rest from the mayhem.

In this highly regenerative meditative state, we gently allow the sound and vibrations from the Gongs to shift and release stagnant energy and tension accumulated in the bodies. You can restore and rejuvenate your body, heal and recover from illness, and re-wire your brain for greater mental and emotional balance and resiliency.
