Calgary Spanish Language Fiestaval Meetup (Saturday)

Fiestaval is a 3-day FREE multicultural arts and entertainment festival highlighting the Latin American Culture. It is an opportunity to support Calgary’s Latin community while encouraging multiculturalism among all Calgarians.

Events last from 11:00am to 11:00pm. Feel free to arrive earlier than the rest of the group and stay later.

From 2:00pm to at least 2:15pm, I will try to stand or sit near the sound booth, wherever that is. There is usually a sound booth in the middle of the plaza facing the stage, and another one on stage. Obviously I don't mean the one on stage. I may move later if there is nowhere to sit.

Because of the extreme difficulty in finding a person in a crowd, please do try to make the rendez-vous. That is to say, please be at the sound booth at 2:00pm. Be early if you can. If you plan to hang out with members of the Spanish conversation group please reply "Yes". If you plan to attend Fiestaval, but you do not intend to try to find the Spanish group, please do NOT reply "Yes" because I will think you will be looking for us, and I will be keeping an eye out for you at the rendez-vous point.
