I'm Kara De Kretser, a UN professional turned confidence coach, and I host small, intimate gatherings that blend real conversation with hands-on confidence practice. No big stages, no forced small talk, just a genuine space to build the presence you already deserve to have.
Expect: honest conversation, interactive and fun activities, practical tools you can use immediately, and a group small enough that you'll actually be heard.
This group is open to everyone, all professions, all backgrounds, anyone ready to stop shrinking and start showing up.
